When we kissed, the queasiness wasn't there, and I just wanted to melt into it. It felt right, like home. Then, there was sweetness...literal sweetness. You slipped half the chocolate you had in your mouth into mine while we were kissing. Taken by surprise, I pulled back, chewing the dark sweetness in my mouth. I looked up at you, a single eyebrow raised. You bit your lower lip awkwardly, as though you didn't mean for that to happen. Suddenly, rumbles of laughter erupt from two bellies, with much wild abandon. It was mine and yours, and God, I love the sounds that came rushing out of your lungs, breathlessly, with so much amusement. Your laugh, and your face when you laughed, they were so beautiful. You were beautiful.
And then I woke up.
